All lots are sold without warranty, guarantee or suitability for application

Prospective buyers are encouraged to inspect all items prior to bidding, and satisfy themselves as to condition and value


No individual items may be removed until full payment is received for all lots purchased.
Full removal by Tuesday, March 27th 5pm.

Removal times: 8am-5pm daily

smaller items may be removed by individual purchaser
larger items must be removed by a qualified personnel previously approved by jarvis auctions

Items not picked up by the removal date may be disposed of by Jarvis Auctions in any manner it deems appropriate. Any costs incurred will be billed to the buyer

A 12% Buyer's Premium applies to all onsite bidder sales
A 15% Buyer's Premium applies to all online bidder sales

all electrical & gas disconnects will have been completed prior to auction
the disconnect fee will be shown in the item description (in brackets)

Payment by Cash, Debit, Visa, Mastercard, Bank draft or Wire Transfer
